Job description
Creatiwise is hiring for the role of Graphic Designer!
Role:
- The candidate is responsible for creating visually compelling designs across various mediums, including print, digital, and social media. They work closely with marketing, branding, and content teams to develop concepts and produce designs that align with company goals. Key tasks include designing logos, brochures, websites, advertisements, and packaging while ensuring consistency in branding. Graphic Designers must have strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, an eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, ensuring that designs are creative, on-brand, and meet project goals.
- Design Oversight: Oversee the design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring designs are consistent and high-quality.
- Enhance Junior Designers' Work: Review and enhance designs made by junior designers, offering feedback to improve the creative output.
- Training & Workshops: Conduct workshops and training sessions to improve team skills and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Quality Control: Perform quality checks and ensure the consistency of design elements across projects.
- Client Communication: Communicate design concepts, ideas, and decisions to clients, ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations.
- Resource Management: Manage design resources, workflows, and training for the design team to ensure effective project execution.
Requirements:
- The Graphic Designer should have a degree in Graphic Design or a related field, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and strong skills in typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience in web design, branding, and communication is a plus, along with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
