Job description
- Designation :- INTERN Customer Care Executive (Female Freshers Only)
- Location :- Linarajpuram ,Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities :-
- Coordinating with multiple departments
- Ensuring with better understanding of branch functioning.
- Coordinate with different Branch staff , Department heads for closure.
- Supervising day-to-day operations in the department.
- Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner.
- Preparing MIS report send to concern department and ensure the targets are meet.
- Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a
- steady basis. Maintaining accurate records and documenting all service activities
- Preparing presentations for performances,
- Assessing service statistics and preparing detailed reports on your findings.
- Hiring and training new customer care Executive
- Staying informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.
Requirement:
- Bachelors degree Freshers or keen to Build career with Zeal in customer service position in BFSI, Banking Sales.
- Proficiency in Basic Computer Skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
