Role & responsibilities :
- Handling customer queries through chats.
- Maintaining dual chat.
- Make the customer satisfied with the resolution
Preferred candidate profile :
- Min 1 year of experience into 'Dual Chat'.
- Sales chat experience (knowledge on 'Up selling', 'Down selling' and 'Cross selling') is an additional advantage.
- Should be comfortable for night shifts.
- Typing speed should be 40 WPM.
- Should be immediate joiners.
