Job description
IndiaMART is hiring for the role of Tele Associate!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Pre-Call Study the case and Determine the current eligibility of the assigned sellers through available resources/online.
- Obtain client information by connecting with them through telephone calls and verifying information.
- Basis the collected/verified information; update the client's profile to meet the desired profile score.
- Educate clients about the benefits to his business; answer questions; Clearing doubts.
- Dispose of the cases with appropriate reason codes basis the conversation with the respective sellers.
- Keep the clients informed about the recorded conversation before starting to collect any information from them.
- Follow up with the sellers based on the request made by them over the calls.
- Achieve the daily/Weekly/Monthly business targets.
Requirements:
- Work from Monday through Saturday
- 9 AM to 7 PM (minimum 3-4 hrs/day)
- Must have a good working environment at home with a dedicated private area to work and a Table/Chair
- Must have a computer, smartphone (Android) with separate SIM for calling, Good internet connectivity
- Any graduate or postgraduate
