Job description
TechMaa is looking for a passionate and motivated TeleCaller to join our growing team!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote TechMaa's products and services.
- Qualify leads by asking relevant questions and understanding customer needs.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to follow up with qualified leads.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions.
- Contribute to the team's success by exceeding daily call targets and achieving sales goals.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong active listening and questioning skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers over the phone.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.
- Experience in a call center or telemarketing environment is a plus.
