Hyland is hiring for the role of Cloud Specialist 1!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Perform ITSM and CMDB solution administration
- Respond to requests for add, modify, or remove of Service Requests, Incidents, Problem or Change
Requirements:
- Experience with ITIL and ITSM process methodologies
- Has working knowledge of ITSM Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request
- Has working knowledge of CMDB
- Experience with ITSM platform like ServiceNow, Cherwell, ManageEngine
- ITIL v3 Foundations Certification required
- ITIL v3 Service Operations Certification (Intermediate level) preferred
- Technical understanding of a variety of OS and technologies (ex: Windows, Unix, virtualization, cloud computing, database technologies, networks and back-end infrastructure)
- Strong communication skills and meeting presence with ability to translate technical terms into business impact
- Creating training and knowledge documentation
- Training users on implemented processes and modules
