End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Understand job specifications to identify suitable candidates effectively.
Sourcing and Screening:
- Leverage various job portals, social media platforms, and other sourcing methods to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Database Management:
- Update and maintain the recruitment database for efficient hiring processes.
- Track recruitment metrics and create reports as needed.
Candidate Engagement:
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Market Insights:
- Stay updated on industry trends and hiring practices to provide strategic recruitment solutions.
