Position: Travel & Offline Marketing Associate
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Travel Coordination:
- Plan and manage senior group trips (itinerary, bookings, logistics).
- Serve as the main contact for clients during trips and resolve issues.
- Offline Marketing:
- Develop and execute offline marketing strategies to promote GoHappy Club.
- Organize events, workshops, and local community outreach for brand awareness.
- Partnership & Collaboration:
- Build relationships with travel partners, local businesses, and influencers.
- Collaborate with the team for new marketing opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Engage with senior members to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Gather feedback post-event and maintain a client database.
- Event Coordination:

- Reporting & Analytics:
