Job description
Counseling Shortcuts is hiring for the role of Business Development Associate!
A Business Development Associate plays a crucial role in driving a company's growth by managing the entire sales lifecycle, from initial engagement to final conversion (i.e., enrollment in the program). This position involves engaging with parents or learners through telesales calls and conducting video counseling sessions, guiding decision-makers toward informed purchasing decisions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Generate leads by making 140-250 cold calls daily.
- Set up virtual sessions with potential customers.
- Conduct demos and assessments, pitching parents to enroll in our programs.
- Negotiate and close deals, handling objections and complaints.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis (₹2L revenue per month).
- Go the extra mile to drive sales.
Mission Statement:

Our goal is to develop career-oriented BDAs within three months, equipping them with unmatched skills in the sector.
- You must apply the right sales strategy to achieve your assigned revenue targets during probation.
- Successfully achieving the License to Sell (L-2-S) is required.
- No leaves allowed during the probation period, except:
- Two Sick Leaves
- One Leave Without Pay
Post-Probation Benefits:
- After achieving ₹1L revenue, you will be eligible for a permanent position.
- Revised CTC: ₹7.10 LPA - ₹9.10 LPA.
- Mandatory 3-Month Training/Probation Service Agreement.
Other Requirements:
- Proficiency in English & Hindi.
- Strong understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.
- Fast learner with a passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Prior sales experience is a plus.
- Friendly and energetic personality with a customer-service focus.
- Female candidates preferred.
- Hindi as the first language preferred.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Willing to work six days a week.
- Ready to join immediately.
- Fixed week-off on Sundays.
Mandatory Work-From-Home Requirements:
- Dedicated work desk.
- Laptop/PC with camera, mic, and headset.
- Dedicated work SIM card for official use.
- Stable internet connection (WiFi minimum 100 Mbps / Dongle).
- Comfortable with Microsoft products.
- Power backup.
Work Schedule:
- Day Shift
- Fixed Shift: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM
