Job description
Creatiwise is hiring for the role of Client Servicing
Key Responsibilities:
- Work and explain to clients how our process works.
- Manage the client's projects on the dashboard.
- Explain to existing customers how to upgrade to a superior plan.
- Contact clients over video calls when needed.
- Work on design requests and pass them to the design team.
- Work on final design and ensure it's ready from the design team, then sell the design to the client.
Who Can Apply:
- Good knowledge and experience in the design/development industry.
- Available for the long term (several years).
- Technical knowledge.
