About Nuest Consulting:
We are a boutique consulting firm focused on HR tech consulting and advisory. HRMS Implementation is one of the business verticals at Nuest. Established in 2023, we are a young organization founded by industrial experts who have deep passion for the use of technology in HR.
We are looking for like-minded individuals who thrive in entrepreneurial setups. We expect everyone to behave and operate like responsible adult professionals and hence do not have any rules or boundaries around attendance, leave, etc. If the job is getting done we do not ask questions. And in case the job is not getting done we only talk about why and how we can work to solve those problems.
We are a boot-strapped venture, looking for explosive growth overthe next 3-5 years focused on helping companies select, implement and adopt HR technology solutions to solve their business problems
Key Deliverables:
- Interact with client/s and understand their processes, policies and pain points
- Build effective solutions for the intended outcomes using specific HRMS capabilities
- Configuration of various modules to meet the above requirements
- Support the client in performing necessary test cases for the selected module/s
- Seek sign-off from the client and ensure the client is comfortable with the solution
- Train the client POCs on admin functionalities and even support in end-user training
- Post-go-live support to client POC as and when required
- Handle a minimum 3 to 5 customers across various HRMS Products for end-to-end implementation at any given point in time
Experience and Background:
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS HR Tech Implementation and support minimum 2 years
- Prior experience in HRMS products preferred
- Basic understanding of project management, technical details around HR tech integrations
- A detail-oriented, proactive, solutions-oriented individual who can operate independently
- Willingness and ability to learn on the job with a desire to build a career in the HR tech industry
