Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media platforms to drive sales growth.
- Identify potential customers' needs and provide tailored solutions using insurance products knowledge.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues efficiently.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to improve sales strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-5 years of experience in B2C sales or telesales background preferred but not mandatory.
- Only Males are eligible
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients over phone/email/in-person meetings.
- Languages:Kannada and English
