Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional chat support to customers through various channels (email, social media, etc.).
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using our CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company information to provide informed assistance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in international dual chat process.
- Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
- Ability to work flexible shifts including night shifts as per business requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
