Callone consultant is hiring for the role of Telemarketing Representative: US Outbound Process!

Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Representatives to join our US outbound process team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, promoting financial and insurance products, and driving high-quality leads while ensuring exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers in the US market.
- Promote and explain banking, finance, and insurance products.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for sales teams.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPIs (calls, leads, conversions).
- Handle customer objections professionally and persuasively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and US telemarketing regulations.
Qualifications:
- 0- 7 years of experience in outbound telemarketing or sales (freshers are welcome).
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Knowledge of banking, finance, or insurance is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM and call management tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
