Job description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate academic activities for assigned programs, including course scheduling, faculty recruitment, and student enrollment.
- Develop and implement academic policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with faculty, students, and administrators to resolve academic issues and concerns.
- Monitor student progress and provide academic advising and support.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on academic programs and policies to various stakeholders.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for program improvement.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Stay ahead of current trends and developments in the field of education.

- Contribute to the overall success of the academic department.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in education or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in academic coordination or a related role.
- Strong understanding of academic policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Tamil.
- Experience with online learning platforms and technologies.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
