International Travel voice process

Process:
  • Customer Service Associate
Job Role:
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via multiple channels (voice, chat, email) related to travel bookings, including flights, hotels.
  • Maintain a high standard of service quality, adhering to Expedia's customer service guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring a positive and helpful interaction.
Qualification:
  • Minimum HSC or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Salary:
  • Fresher: 21K CTC 17K inhand
  • Experience: Upto 24K CTC 21K inhand.

Shift Time & Week Off:
  • 5 Days working, Rotational shifts ,2 Rotational Week Off.
