Mega Walk-In at TCS Gurgaon Hiring for [B2B Collections Agent (Voice)] on 02 March 2025 (Sunday).
Job Summary:
- Role : B2B Collections Agent (Voice)
- Experience: 1 to 5 years [Minimum 1 year in B2B Collections]
- Shift Timings: Mon to Sun, 24x7 5 Days working; Rotational Shifts and Week offs. Should be open to work on any shifts (Night Shifts) as per business and client requirements.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3 Bachelors/Graduates)
- All candidates should be comfortable with Rotational Shift / Split or Rotational Week-off / 5 Days Work From Office
[B2B Collections Agent (Voice)]
Job Description:
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communications skills to handle NA region customers.
- Accounts Receivables Management
- Required to take complete ownership of assigned accounts and manage complete relationships as well for collections and customer invoices issues.
- Calling for payment on overdue invoices for buckets in scope
- Doing maintenance on the account
- Handling accounts / payment queries from accounts payable team
- Interaction with other teams - billing, originations etc.
- Payment application
- Handling disputes and resolution
- Invoice reconciliation - Pre bills, Credit rebills, Invoice splitting, PO change, Adjustments as per scope.
- Basic Excel based reporting and analysis on assigned inventory.
- Daily task list wrt regular TCS activities
- Good negotiation skills
- Orientation and ability to handle customers questions with regards to accounts
- Good domain or product knowledge
- Graduate with an exposure to B-2-B Collections environment
- Good Follow up skills with customer for all collections activities
- Handle customer questions & / or objections
- Language skill English NA Region.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills, including v-lookups and pivot tables
- Good Email writing Skills
Must Have Skills:
- B2B Collections Experience, Excellent English communications skills (written & verbal), Problem Solving, Customer Service Skills, Objection Handling & Negotiation skills
Good To Have Skills:
- Industry Knowledge, Technical Skills (CRM systems, Collection ERPs, Tolls etc.), Teamwork
